WARRANTY POLICY

Here at Beads, Flowers and Things, we take pride in every item we create and every sale we make. Every item gets made, then set to allow any glue to dry. Then, before it leaves our shop to you it personally comes back to the work station where it is double-checked for loose beads, unnecessary strings, etc., and prepared for shipping. Below are our warranty guidelines to help ensure a smooth and fair process for all customers.

  1. There is NO WARRANTY on any item after 30 days. We cannot guarantee how a purchased item is worn, handled, or treated once it leaves our store.
  2. If a piece of jewelry breaks or becomes disconnected within the first 30 days due to our workmanship, please visit the "Contact Us" page and send us an email with a clear picture of the damaged item.
  3. After reviewing your photo, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive it, we will send you a brand‑new replacement.

Our goal is simple: to have ALL HAPPY CLIENTS.

Because we cannot control the shipping of floral arrangements, we will pack them very carefully. Unfortunately, we cannot warranty arrangements.
